Happenings Magazine is the only monthly Southwest Florida guide to Arts & Entertainment in Lee, Collier & Charlotte counties. An award-winning tabloid news magazine, it features information and photos of current and upcoming theatrical & entertainment productions, art exhibits, concerts, live performance previews, restaurant information and articles/photos about LOCAL people & events.

Happenings Magazine is distributed free each month at nearly 400 locations including performing arts halls, dinner theaters, better hotels and resorts, finer retail shops, restaurants, art galleries, libraries and special attractions equalling to 14,000 copies each month.

Happenings Magazine has been published since 1995 and is locally owned and published monthly by KMK Publishing Inc., also owners of Lee County Family News, a monthly publication serving the community since 1991.
